Job Position – Logistics & Warehouse Executive
Company Name – Future Tense HR
Hiring for an execution-focused professional to roll up their sleeves and own our distribution hub operations from the ground up.
If you have 6–7 years of hands-on experience managing FMCG/Food logistics and warehouse execution in the UAE.
What You Will Do (Execution Level)
-Import & Clearance: Handle end-to-end import documentation, Dubai Customs, and food consignment clearance via Dubai Municipality.
-Warehouse & Cold Chain: Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing) and strictly maintain cold chain/ambient storage conditions.
-Inventory Control: Manage ERP/inventory records, run cycle counts, and ensure FEFO/FIFO rotation to eliminate waste.
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to UAE food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
What We Are Looking For
-Experience: 6–7 years in UAE Food/FMCG logistics
-Skills: Strong working knowledge of Dubai Municipality food import rules and documentation.
