A newly Established Facility Management company located in Abu Dhabi is looking for a bilingual FM maintenance supervisor with 3-5 years experience in the related field with a driving license, duties include but not limited to the below :
Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians.
Salary package : 4000-4500 Dhs (non-negotiable) + shared accommodation and transportation provided.
