Job Position – Maintenance Supervisor
Company Name – Al-Gharbia Farms
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of all technical and mechanical systems across our poultry facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Technical Oversight: Lead the maintenance of specialized poultry equipment, including feeding, drinking, and waste management systems.
-Climate & Electrical Systems: Manage farm ventilation, cooling pads, and electrical control panels to ensure an optimal environment for the flock.
-Machinery Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairing industrial farm machinery from leading manufacturers.
Requirements & Expertise:
-Specialized Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with machinery such as:
-Systems: Big Dutchman, Vencomatic, or Val-Co.
-Processing/Grading: Moba, Sanovo, or similar industry leaders.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Industrial Electricity, HVAC, and plumbing systems specific to poultry farming.
-Leadership: Strong ability to supervise technicians and manage emergency repair schedules.
