This critical role involves overseeing the maintenance of our sorting and packing machines for fruits and vegetables, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the maintenance and repair of sorting and packing machinery.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure high standards of operation.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing sorting and packing machines for fruits and vegetables.
Strong mechanical or electrical background.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership and communication abilities.
