Job Position – Mechanical Draftsman
Company Name – Mena Water
Skills & Qualifications:
University Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Process
Minimum 3 years of experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.
Consolidated knowledge of water and wastewater (municipal & industrial) treatment and its equipment is required. Also capable of designing new products from basic sketches.
Professional in product design using inventor/ AutoCAD with strong knowledge of engineering drawing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations for piping/ fitting selection and generating hydraulic profiles.
Working experience with international companies.
Experience in data management systems (added advantage).
Presentation and reporting skills (preferable).
Language Skills: English (fluent is a must)– Arabic (preferable) & German (added advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
To create proper product design and manufacturing drawings sets with considering the effective cost.
To generate project drawings sets covering all types of drawings with a proper and accurate bill of material and other requirements of each.
Apply stress analysis to define the required material when it’s relevant.
To follow company/ department ISO procedures for all steps to keep the system in place.
Always effective time management is required to be in place.
Location: Sharjah – UAE
To visit the sites and collect relevant data, and present/report it in the proper way
