Job Position – MEP & ICT Engineer

To act as the technical authority for MEP, infrastructure, and ICT systems across large-scale developments. The role focuses on design governance, consultant management, value engineering, and delivery support, ensuring coordinated, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Review and approve MEP, infrastructure, and ICT designs at all stages
-Lead and manage external consultants and cross-discipline coordination
-Oversee HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety, plumbing, and utilities
-Manage infrastructure and authority approvals
-Oversee ICT, ELV, and smart building systems
-Support construction, risk management, commissioning, and handover
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-15+ years’ experience in MEP and infrastructure systems
-Strong design review and consultant management background
-Experience on large-scale mixed-use or master-planned developments
-Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and local authority standards
-Middle East experience preferred (KSA a strong advantage)
