Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Learning
Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through high-quality interactions and engaging learning experiences.
Work alongside the Nursery Teacher to deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.
Observe children’s learning and contribute to assessment records and learning journeys.
Support children’s communication, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
Promote children’s independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Assist in preparing and maintaining an enabling learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
Professional Standards
Demonstrate a nurturing, patient, and caring approach at all times.
Uphold the values, policies, and expectations of GEMS FirstPoint School.
