Office Administrator – Female
Job Location: Northern Emirates
Candidates are welcome to apply those who have at least 4-5 years of local Office Administration, coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company and department requirements, records and database management with personnel, financial and other data, reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned, secretarial and clerical services to user department. Ensure timely receipt of timecards and forwarding to the accounts department.
Should have higher certificate/Degree.
Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
Must be computer literate and be fully familiar with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Candidate those are locally available and on short notice period or on Visit Visa / Cancellation would be given preference.
