Job Description:
– Manage and support daily office coordination activities
– Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
– Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
– Support operational activities as required
– Maintain accuracy and organization of company records
– Ensure timely completion of assigned office tasks
– Update and maintain records in ERP system accurately
– Enter, verify, and process data within ERP modules
– Support inventory and stock updates through WMS (Warehouse Management System)
– Monitor and track stock movements in the system
– Assist in generating ERP/WMS reports for management review
– Ensure data consistency between physical records and system entries
– Support troubleshooting of basic system-related issues with guidance
Requirements
– Minimum Education: Graduate
– Experience: At least 2 years in relevant field
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.)
– Experience in ERP/WMS systems preferred
