Job Position – Online Helpdesk & Support Engineer

Location: Remote
Contract: 12-months (renewable)
Arabic speakers preferred
On the lookout for a First-Level Support Specialist to join this dynamic remote support team. If you have a passion for tech troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be your next exciting opportunity!
What You’ll Be Doing:
– First-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
– Managing and resolving support tickets (ServiceNow)
– Remote troubleshooting using SCCM
– Maintaining and enhancing the internal knowledge base
– Communicating clearly and empathetically with users
– Reporting, documentation, and contributing to SOPs
Tech Stack & Tools:
ServiceNow | SCCM | Google Workspace | Basic Networking | Security Guidance | Software/Hardware Troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong communication & problem-solving skills
– Experience with remote IT support tools
– Ability to manage and prioritize SLAs
– Arabic-speaking professionals highly preferred
– Immediate availability is a big plus!
