Job Position – Online System Analyst
Company Name – Dicetek
Location: UAE
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Hands-on experience with Prime 4 or other card management systems.
-Good understanding of card payments ecosystem (credit, debit, prepaid).
Strong knowledge of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, settlement).
-Experience with Unix/ Linux, Oracle/SQL, and scripting.
-Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging formats is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, configure, and maintain Prime 4 card management solutions.
-Support end-to-end card lifecycle operations including issuance, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.
-Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders for requirements gathering and implementation.
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
