Job Position – Operation Theatre Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, track, and maintain stock levels of surgical and OT-related instruments, consumables, and sterile supplies.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Monitor expiry dates, stock rotation, and proper storage conditions.
Prepare stock usage reports and identify trends in consumption.
Support the surgical team with timely supply availability before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and hospital standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in stock/inventory management within a hospital or clinical environment (especially OT).
Strong understanding of surgical consumables and sterile stock handling.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or hospital ERP software.
Attention to detail, high accountability, and strong communication skills.
Preferred:
Diploma/Degree in Healthcare/Pharmacy/Logistics or related field.
Knowledge of JCI, MOH, or DHA compliance is a plus.
