Job Position – Operations Coordinator

You will provide critical support to operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities across multiple departments. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for operations, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Provide operational support to multiple departments, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
– Coordinate and manage tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned by the management team
– Serve as a backup for operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and administrative duties
– Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
– Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
