To join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end shipment operations, coordinating with clients and carriers, and ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle daily shipment operations for air, sea, and land freight.
-Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
-Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).
-Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
-Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
-Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
-Maintain accurate records in the system and prepare operational reports.
