Job Position – Operations Specialist

– Support merchants’ requests to be accepted.
– Engage with on-ground sales teams to provide required information or support, offer prompt resolutions to queries or challenges, and direct teams to the appropriate resources or departments for further assistance or expertise.
– Engage with suppliers and customers as necessary; request missing information and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective communication and satisfactory resolution of queries.
– Investigation of Failed Deliveries with Root Cause Analysis.
– Calling the merchants and confirming all the orders.
– Weekly visits to the Merchants & Suppliers.
– Run reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
– Ability to work through a daily task list, and monitor emails daily to update different types of data throughout the day.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
– Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as logistics, especially in e-commerce or FMCG (Must).
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
