Job Position – Outdoor Business Development Executive

Strong 2-3 years of experience in sales of Home Appliance in UAE
Salary: Upto AED 8,000 – 12,000
Preference: Arabic Speakers
Availability: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new business clients by researching and understanding their specific needs.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and account growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and providing excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively present solutions that meet client needs.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and industry events.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Account Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
