About the Role
Yusuf Bhai Perfumes is looking for a target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in the perfume/fragrance industry and strong exposure to supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains, perfume shops, and wholesale customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE market, excellent customer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop new business with supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, perfume shops, and wholesale customers.
– Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retail buyers.
– Promote and sell Yusuf Bhai Perfumes products.
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Negotiate pricing, promotions, product placement, and business terms.
– Ensure product visibility and proper placement at retail outlets.
– Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
– Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
– Develop new accounts and expand existing business.
– Conduct regular customer visits and submit sales reports.
– Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements
– 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience.
– Previous experience in the perfume/fragrance industry is mandatory.
– Experience with supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains, perfume shops, or wholesale customers is highly preferred.
– Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE perfume, FMCG, and retail market.
– Existing relationships with supermarket and retail buyers will be an advantage.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
