Job Position – Paid Social Specialist

Remote | Full-Time
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
-5–8 years of experience in Paid Social Advertising
-Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms
-Mandatory: Experience managing US-based clients or US market campaigns
-Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, CPA, ROAS, and funnel strategy
-Agency or eCommerce experience is a plus
What you’ll do:
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for US audiences
-Scale campaigns for US-based brands
-Conduct audience research and A/B testing
-Optimize for conversions and ROAS
-Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
-Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance
