Job Position – Sales Manager – Façade Cleaning Services

Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and secure new contracts for facade cleaning and external building cleaning services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
– Establish relationships with developers, building owners, property management companies, and commercial clients.
– Identify and participate in tenders and RFQs for façade cleaning services.
– Coordinate with technical operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.
– Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
– Achieve sales and profitability targets and maintain regular sales reports.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
. 8-10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in façade cleaning, external building cleaning, or facility management.
. Proven track record of securing new service contracts.
. Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
. Valid UAE driving licence.
