Job Description:
Seeking a poised, professional, and bilingual Female Patient Coordinator fluent in Arabic and English to join our high-end aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cosmetic or aesthetic industry, a strong understanding of beauty and wellness treatments, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care. In this role, you will serve as the trusted liaison between our patients and the clinical team, ensuring a seamless, luxurious, and personalized experience from the first interaction to follow-up care.
Requirements:
– Female candidate
– Fluent in both Arabic and English – written and verbal
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic
– Knowledge of popular aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser, PRP, facials, body contouring)
