Job Position – Patient Coordinator cum Telesales Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, handling patient enquiries, and generating new business leads through telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
1. Coordinate patient appointments and schedules.
2. Handle patient inquiries and provide information on services and treatments.
3. Ensure accurate and timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
4. Maintain patient records and databases.
Telesales:
1. Generate new business leads through outbound calls to prospective patients.
2. Promote healthcare services and treatments to potential patients.
3. Handle patient enquiries and convert leads into appointments.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of healthcare customer service experience.
2. Telesales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of telesales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare providers.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
5. Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or are later field.
6. ?Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
7. Candidate should be available in the UAE.
