Job Position – Patient Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception team
• Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Maintain positive relationships with corporate and insurance clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in healthcare or customer service (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi/Arabic preferred)
• Presentable, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
