Job Position – Payroll Assistant
Company Name – Avenue Hotel
Specific responsibilities include:
· Process payroll for employees.
· Prepare bank files and reconcile the system files for accuracy.
· Processing and reconciling salary journal entries for all regions.
· Maintaining end of service reports and providing the finance with expenses monthly.
· Maintain personnel database related to salaries.
· Collecting payroll information monthly.
· Entering data into Software for all the staff.
· Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
· Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
· Preparing monthly headcount reports and monthly BI reports.
· Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
· Maintaining the End of Service reports for all entities.
· Process final settlements for leavers and provide finance with payment plans.
· Involved in Payroll implementation of new regions.
· Involved in salary related budget submissions.
Requirement:
Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience handling UAE.
Good excel and analytics skills.
Must have working experience using HRMS.
Bachelors/Masters degree
