To overlook Cafe and Bakery operations in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the F&B Manager in Dubai.
Sole in charge of the operations
Recruitment of staff
Sales and Marketing promoting the brand
Maintain the revenue, profitability, and goals of the business.
Develop and maintain the highest standard for operations in terms of customer service and brand quality.
Requirements and skills:
Relevant experience required
Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills are required
Cost control and budgeting
JOB LOCATION: Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis
Salary: 4,000 AED + other fringe benefits
