Job Position – Pharmacy Manager

An experienced and dynamic to lead our pharmacy operations. This role offers a motivated healthcare professional the chance to play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards
– Lead, supervise, and develop the pharmacy team
– Ensure safe medication management practices and optimal patient care
– Monitor inventory control, procurement, and cost management
– Develop and implement pharmacy policies and quality improvement initiatives
– Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to enhance patient outcomes
– Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations (as applicable)
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
– Valid UAE pharmacist license
– Minimum 5–7 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership/managerial experience
– Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
