Job Position – Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
Preparing Project Schedule for all Projects
Prepare the baseline program for the project in primavera
Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports with project variance alerting the major delays of the project
Prepare the Management Report including the project progress, budget variance, manpower deployed for each month compared to budgeted manpower
Prepare Micro schedules for different work fronts as per their availability.
Regular Site visit weekly twice to monitor the work progress and sort site issues
Preparing the Invoice Plan monthly with respect to the works to be done ahead for the upcoming month and their respective earned values.
Conducting daily site progress meetings to monitor the site daily progress as per the daily report submitted by the site team.
Preparing Quantity Liquidated Plan as per the available workfronts as well as drawings and permits.
Preparing the budget report as per the work progress and look ahead plan.
Cost Loading in Primavera P6, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Conducting Weekly meetings for Site team, Purchase Team, Accounts team & Design team and recording the MOM
Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Work Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 Years UAE Experience is required.
