Job Position – Power BI Specialist
Company Name – Iris Star
With AI Specialist for Dubai Location.
Proposed approach (Microsoft 365 with AI built in)
-Hub: SharePoint, with one agreed folder structure, naming convention and metadata
-Input: Microsoft Forms and Power Apps feeding SharePoint Lists, with AI Builder extracting data from documents and Power Automate handling routing and reminders
-AI assistant: a Copilot Studio agent so the office can query stored information in plain language, plus Copilot summaries of meetings and email threads
-Reporting: Power BI dashboards and an AI-generated weekly summary for the stakeholder.
-Control: role-based permissions set before AI is switched on, locked templates, version history, and audit trail
Profile of the person we need
-Excellent in Excel, including Power Query and data modelling
-Strong practical AI skills: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Builder
-Hands-on with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
-Able to work with non-technical users and handle confidential information with discretion
