Job Position – Pricing Manager
Company Name – Kay Shipping Services
Location : Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | On-Site
NVOCC to join team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and negotiate slot rates, capacity allocations, and commercial agreements with shipping lines, vessel operators, and slot partners.
-Manage fixed slot contracts, spot rate procurement, space commitments, and volume incentive programs.
-Monitor slot availability, vessel schedules, port rotations, and freight market trends.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with slot providers and carrier commercial teams.
Requirements
-5–8 years of dedicated ocean pricing/procurement experience within an NVOCC.
-Proven track record in carrier negotiations and tender management within the UAE.
-Must have UAE experience and currently be based in the UAE.
-Strong knowledge of GCC/global ocean trade routes and DP World/Jebel Ali operations.
-Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with freight TMS (e.g., CargoWise).
