Job Position – Printer Support Engineer
Company Name – KBC Technologies
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2+years.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days only.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for laser, inkjet, network, and multifunction printers (MFPs).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers on Windows systems and network environments.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as paper jams, printing errors, toner problems, and connectivity failures.
Perform printer driver installation, configuration, and updates.
Configure network printers using TCP/IP, IP addresses, DNS, and print servers.
Troubleshoot printer spooler, queue, and print-job-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of printer components such as toner, drums, rollers, and fuser units.
Support users remotely and onsite for printer-related technical issues.
Monitor and manage printer incidents through ticketing systems and meet SLA requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, spare parts, and warranty-related issues.
Maintain records of printer assets, repairs, consumables, and service activities.
Provide user guidance on printer operation and basic troubleshooting.
