Join a prestigious HNWI household in Dubai, with travel included alongside the Principal.
This is a highly professional private-household position suited to a Chef who understands the discretion, flexibility, consistency and attention to detail required when working within a luxury private residence.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working for HNWI/UHNWI families within the GCC, with strong expertise in Mediterranean and international cuisine and the ability to independently oversee all aspects of the household kitchen.
MANDATORY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Private Chef for HNWI/UHNWI families within the GCC
Strong expertise in Mediterranean and international cuisine
Experience preparing high-quality, refined meals within private luxury residences
Ability to independently manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, purchasing, food preparation, kitchen organisation and stock control
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Professional, polished, discreet and highly service-oriented
Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel alongside the Principal
Must be able to travel to Europe/UK without requiring a visa
Excellent English communication skills
Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Must be in the UAE and available for a kitchen trial
PACKAGE & BENEFITS
USD 5,000 monthly salary
Flights provided for all required travel
Accommodation/transfers/meals/flights provided at all destinations outside Dubai
Candidates to arrange their own accommodation in Dubai
