Job Position – Procurement Leader
Luxury Brand Retail
Location: Dubai Investment Park-2
Industry: Luxury Brand Retail, Civil, Contracting, Luxury Boutiques, Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Projects
Reporting to: General Manager
Are you a procurement expert with a passion for luxury brands and a knack for negotiation? We are seeking a Procurement Leader to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in procurement processes. This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing our procurement operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process requisitions, float inquiries, and RFQs with suppliers.
Analyze, negotiate, and secure favorable proposals, prices, and lead times.
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and inventory to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and manage supplier records.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely supplier payments.
Oversee general procurement and petty cash purchases.
Source discounts and better payment terms through effective supplier communication.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driving license is required.
Salary & Benefits: AED 10,000 All Inclusive
