Job Position – Procurement Officer
Company Name – Infracare Facilities Management
Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering, CIPS preferred
Experience: Atleast 3 years’ procurement experience in FM companies in UAE.
Job Specific Skills:
-Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
-Commercial and financial acumen.
-Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities.
-Experience with business and commercial analysis.
-Ability to read, analyse and interpret commercial business documents and technical procedures
Job Responsibilities :
-To support the Infracare procurement tactical buying, RFQ’s. This will be by consolidation spend and ensuring value added procurement services to the Business.
-Turning requisition requests into PO by following the policy and procedures for procurement.
-To ensure timely delivery and that all paperwork such as GRN’s and invoicing are processed on time.
