Job Position – Procurement & Supply Chain

Hiring for dynamic individuals who can own procurement & supply chain operations from start to finish. Whether you’re a doer with sharp analytical skills or a strategic thinker with leadership experience
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned product categories
Demand planning, supplier negotiations & inventory analysis
Use data to drive stock, cost, and wastage decisions
Optimize procurement processes and identify areas for improvement
(AM/Manager roles) Mentor and guide junior procurement professionals
You Must Have:
2 to 10+ years of experience (based on level)
Background in fresh produce, retail, or e-commerce
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Mathematics
Strong with numbers, Excel, and forecasting
Calm under pressure, sharp with decisions
