Job Position – Project Coordinator

Job Description
Domain: Banking / Finance
3+ years of experience in the banking sector with at least 1 years of exposure to Mobile & Internet banking projects / programs.
Project Financials management:
-Hands-on experience in managing project financials (CAPEX, OPEX etc.). PMO knowledge & exposure is added advantage.
-Knowledge about financial documents (PR, PO, SOW, Invoice etc.) needed to process vendor payments.
Project Status reporting:
-Maintaining / reporting the project status / risks / on weekly basis.
-Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication, and timely reporting.
-Should be proficient in preparing presentations (MS power point, MS Visio).
-Good Knowledge in MS Excel & Macros .
Vendor Management:
-Exposure to Vendor onboarding process.
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Exposure to CLARITY – project management tool is highly preferred.
