Job Position – Project Coordinator

For 3 years contract in Healthcare sector, Qatar

The incumbent will be responsible to assist and coordinate administrative operations  and  functions  of  the  assigned department,  including, policies, procedures, systems, reports, quality assurance, and supporting services.
– Coordinate administrative activities in the assigned department or section.
– Organizes  staff  scheduling,  time  sheets  and  controls  overtime  and  leave rotations.
– Co-ordinate with the departments in need of transport services.
– Support transportation staff in order to ensure efficient and prompt transport service to the employees and departments.
– Coordinate services and maintenances for all the Company vehicles on a regular basis.
– Provide  the  department  with  necessary  information  as  required  upon approval from line manager.
– Maintain reports and statistical data to ensure quality, validity, and accuracy of work.
– Assist  staff  with  administrative  processes  and  ensure  efficient  workflow between departments.
– Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
– Receive and sort various invoices received and maintain a record.
– Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
– Carry out all other related activities as required for the proper operation of the Security Section or Transportation Section.
