Job Position – Project Coordinator Cum Technical Engineer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Looking for experienced and proactive professionals to join the Civil Department as Project Coordinator cum Technical Engineer.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience
– Strong knowledge of project coordination, technical submissions, RFIs, shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and monitor project progress
– Manage technical documentation, shop drawings, RFIs, and approvals
– Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
– Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and management
– Prepare reports and maintain project records
– Follow up on procurement, approvals, and project deliverables.
