Job Position – Project Engineer

Project: B+G+5P+45+R Laguna Residence Towers
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join the project team and support the successful execution of a major high-rise development in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
– Coordinate with Consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
– Review drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents and coordinate site implementation.
– Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials, and construction activities against the approved programme.
– Identify technical and site issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
– Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
– Experience with G+30 and above projects is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical coordination, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant project management/documentation systems.
– Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
