Job Position – Project Engineer

Hiring for a skilled and experienced – Interior Fit-Out to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate interior fit-out works from project commencement to completion.
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with the design, joinery, MEP, procurement, and production teams.Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Monitor project costs, material usage, and manpower productivity.
Ensure timely project handover and completion of snagging works.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, joinery, finishing, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.
UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred.
