Job Position – Project Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Al Sahel Contracting
To join team and contribute to the successful delivery of our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all post-contract commercial activities for assigned projects.
Prepare, review, and evaluate interim payment applications.
Administer contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, project budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve commercial matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying/ Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in post-contract QS role, preferably in construction industry.
Location: Dubai
