Job Position – Project Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Al Sahel Contracting
-Knowledge of Quantity Take-off.
-Interim payment certificate process.
-Process knowledge of building construction projects.
-Attending Project progress/co-ordination meetings where necessary.
-Liaise with the Project Control for monitoring variation/ claim aspects across the Company.
-Attending and contributing to the status of claims and associated actions at monthly target meetings.
-Contractual correspondence in conjunction with the Project Manager and PQS for complicated/major claim issues.
-Final Accounts (Client / Subcontractors) in conjunction with relevant parties.
-Monitor Tender/Contract Comparison efforts on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the relevant staff. Review Contract Review Checklists periodically.
-Companywide Claims identification and administration
-Review of all subcontractors’ claim issues, whenever necessary.
-Periodical review of Payment Certificates for all subcontractors to ensure that payments are being made as per the subcontract agreements.
-Contractual/Claim issues relating to Client payment demands up to the Final Account.
Qualification :- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Experience :- Min 8-10 years UAE experience in Building Construction with similar position.
