Hiring Property Advisor Sales/Off Plan Specialist
We are looking for enthusiastic property advisor,
who has hunger for success and uncapped commission. This individual should be ready to bring the combination of positive attitude,
Discipline and intelligence into the office of Valco Properties. If you are the one, we are here to welcome you onboard.
Requirements:
Have a good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market and selling off plan (Minimum of 1 year).
Have a proven and successful track record (will be checked).
Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections.
Deep knowledge of Dubai’s leading developers, keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options.
Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate.
Outgoing, Friendly and sociable and be able to develop the rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
Excellent written and spoken English/knowing other languages is an advantage.
Maintain and up to date knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties and participating in educational opportunities.
Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
