Job Position – Property Manager
Company Name – Kinz Group
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Real Estate / Property Management (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years
Language Skills: Advanced to expert level in Native Arabic speaker and English (both written and spoken).
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or real estate
– Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
– Familiar with UAE landlord–tenant laws, HSE laws, and building codes.
– Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance planning.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
