Job Position – QHSE Officer
Company Name – Capital Catering
Roles & Responsibility:
-Demonstrates solid knowledge of QHSE systems, standards, and regulatory requirements (ADOSH-SF, UAE Fire Code etc).
-Experienced in risk assessment, hazard identification, and implementation of control measures.
-Capable of conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
-Good understanding of facility management operations, including contractor safety and permit-to-work systems.
-Able to deliver QHSE training, inductions, and awareness programs.
-Supports emergency preparedness, including fire drills and evacuation exercises.
-Effective communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) or higher in Science, Safety, or a related technical field.
Certificates & Licenses:
-NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (essential)
-Holding certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (highly desirable)
-Driving license (preferred)
Years and Type of Experience:
-2 years of experience in Facility management or related.
