Job Position – QS Engineer
Company Name – Amim
Qualification:
• Fresh in UAE or with experience in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any relative field
-Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D
-Waterproofing experience is a plus
Job Description:
– Prepares the LPO
-Taking all measurements for all projects
-Double checking and verifying measurements for all projects
-Arranging with site QS for joint measurements
-Submitting Measurements to office (Management) for Invoicing
-Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
-Prepares Shop Drawings
-Visit the site and check with the foreman/ Supervisor for the work done at site.
-Collect the Delivery note to calculate Materials delivered monthly.
-Calculating the Wastage Reports.
-Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
-Calculating complicated Lumpsum quantities.
