Job Position – Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description
With the following qualifications and experience.
Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience- Minimum 2 to 3 years of GCC Experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of QMS and clerical procedures and systems such as EDMS, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but are not limited to, the below:
1. Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures (QMS) to ensure that all construction projects meet the company’s standards and client requirements.
2. Keeping accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
3. Maintaining and updating the quality control manual and procedures.
4. Participating in the training and development of employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
5. Reviewing project documentation and reports related to quality control.
6. Conducting Internal QMS Audits.
7. Preparation of Quality Bulletin, Quality Blog etc.
8. Assist in the preparation of technical documents.
9. Dynamic thinking on Innovation ideas.
