Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC
Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with landscaping industry experience to manage cost control, measurements & contract administration for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & interim payment certificates
– Conduct measurements & quantity take-offs from drawings
– Manage variations, claims & subcontractor accounts
– Monitor project costs against budget
– Prepare valuations & final accounts
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– Min. 3–5 years’ QS experience in landscaping/irrigation projects (required)
– Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts & measurement standards
– Proficient in MS Excel & QS software
– Must be based in Dubai/Sharjah or willing to relocate
