Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Nationality – Any
Gender – Male
Experience – 3+years of related work experience.
Other pre-requisites –Good knowledge in bid analysis and contract negotiations.

• Prepares detailed estimates, including labour, material, and subcontract items.
• Creates self-perform estimates for comparison with subcontractor pricing.
• Demonstrates managerial skills for team development and leadership.
• Possesses strong communication skills and a robust subcontractor network.
• Analyses construction documents to determine estimated costs.
• Identifies and communicates risks and opportunities in bid documents.
• Conducts quantity take-offs and estimates material, labour, and equipment costs.
• Evaluates subcontractor bids and supplier quotations.
• Utilizes historical cost data for estimating.
• Tracks project costs and assesses cost effectiveness.
• Collaborates with stakeholders for accurate estimates.
• Manages multiple preconstruction projects simultaneously.
• Develops cost estimates for change orders.
• Presents estimates to management.
• Recommends cost-reduction options for competitive bids.
• Attends project meetings and interviews as necessary.
• Maintains a directory of suppliers and subcontractors.
Salary- 4000AED-6000A ED
