Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – CC7
Hiring for a (Mid-Level) to join our project team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects and a solid background in commercial and quantity surveying activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quantity take-off for the entire project based on approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Prepare and submit Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) to the Consultant.
Review, evaluate, and process subcontractor payment applications and measurements.
Handle claims management, including variations, additional works, and supporting documentation.
Assist in project cost management, including monitoring budgets, project costs, variations, and expenditure.
Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate measurement and valuation.
Evaluate subcontractor variations, claims, and final accounts.
Maintain proper records of measurements, valuations, variations, claims, and commercial correspondence.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams on commercial matters.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, IPC, variations, claims, and cost management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of QS/estimation software is an advantage.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
