Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare valuations, payment applications, and supporting documentation.
Review and evaluate variations, claims, and commercial submissions.
Conduct cost analysis and provide commercial insights to project teams.
Coordinate closely with project, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure effective cost control.
Maintain accurate commercial records and support project financial reporting.
Candidate Profile :
Hiring candidates with strong practical experience in quantity surveying, cost control, commercial management, and contract administration, preferably within landscape, infrastructure, or construction projects.
