Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Tendering Department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tendering, cost estimation, and project coordination within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Proven experience in quantity estimation for buildings, commercial and private villa’s
– Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tender documents and cost estimates.
– Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate tender submissions.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering. (Abu Dhabi region)
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Quantity Surveying.
– Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and methods.
– Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS office, planswift, etc.
– Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
