Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Enabling Works Piling/ Shoring
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the projects. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated budget and timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for the projects, including materials, plants, labor, and other expenses.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Valuation: Conduct regular valuations of work in progress and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with construction projects.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project costs, progress, and financial performance.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [3-4] years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
