Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Hiring for a highly motivated and experienced to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
-Manage the complete tendering process, from RFQ/inquiry through evaluation and submission.
-Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Prepare commercial comparison sheets and provide recommendations.
-Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and change orders.Conduct cost analysis and support cost-control activities.Assist with interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.Coordinate with procurement, design, project, and site teams.
– Maintain accurate commercial and cost records.Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
Qualifications amp; RequirementsBachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within interior fit-out, construction, or contracting.
-Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, procurement, and cost control.
-Experience evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
-Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial practices.
-Knowledge of FIDIC is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.Experience with AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or similar quantity take-off software is an advantage.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.UAE experience is preferred.
