Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction or related works.
- Proficiency in cost estimating, contract administration, and knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.
